He has also had limited trail riding experience and has been very quiet inside and outside the

Sire was a 15.3 Black and White Homozygous stallion named Diamond Star Duster (APHA#518,958) and the Dam is a 15 hand Grullo and White Tobiano mare named Jobar Sis (APHA#243,684). Joe is most likely homozygous for the Tobiano, but I am also testing for the black gene. Joe is halter broke and weaned. [Ad# 2897] Paint MareI am selling my 11 year old 15.2 hand APHA registered paint mare because I am going to veterinary school and will not be able to take her with me. As seen by the picture she is chestnut brown and white with two colors of brown in her mane and tail (her tail really looks tri-colored). I've owned her for 7 years since she was 4. All I've done with her is western trail riding but her first owner apparently rode her English and showed her when she was young. She is a well trained horse, but still requires an experienced rider. Since I haven't been able to ride her much she'll need some work to get back into shape.She is up-to-date on all vaccines, worming, dentist, and farrier. She stands well for the vet, dentist, and farrier. She has no vices. She loads onto trailer without any hassle at all, and stands for baths without any trouble. She does walk, trot, and canter with really nice easy trot and smooth canter. Rides on trails alone or in a group. She knows her name and will trot up to greet you in the field, provided you bring a small handful of grain. My biggest concern is just that she goes to an experienced rider who can care for her properly and work with her more than I currently can. She is a very intelligent horse and learns quickly so she could do almost any kind of riding you'd like if you have the time to work with her. Gets along with our mare, geldings and pony in the field. Comes in to eat and knows which stall he is to go into. He is mannerly about his grain. He ties and he has a shoe on every foot. He is currently in training with an amish that is well known and respected in the area as a trainer. He is being trail ridden several hours a day and doing great. He is not a spooky horse at all. He rides very well by himself and will do good with other horses as well. He is the same horse every time you get on him, even after an extended break. He ties very well and does good in a pasture or stall, with other horses or by himself. He is a bit on the lazy side, but that doesn't present a problem unless you are looking for a horse with some 'get up and go'. He likes to just walk along. He likes attention, and reacts well with people. He would make a good husband horse for those looking to get the husband riding. I wouldn't recommend him for a beginner, only because he needs more time in the saddle. Would be perfect for an intermediate rider though. He has not bucked a single time. She has developed stifling problems and can not be used as my husband's trail horse anymore. This can be repaired surgically, but we really can't afford that. She is very good with other horses, goats, dogs, 4-wheelers, normal farm things. She would make a nice horse for very light riding, like children in the yard :) or a pasture buddy for another animal.
